She advises on the whole life cycle of an investment, including corporate restructurings, management participations and exits. Stephanie is known for her very commercial and deal oriented approach.
Stephanie joined Freshfields in 1994 and has been a partner since 1999. She is currently the office managing partner of Freshfields´ Berlin office.
Stephanie is co-author of a “Handbuch” (Manual) on Private Equity.
