Peter Dahlen is Global Co-Head of Leveraged Finance and experienced in leveraged finance, private credit, acquisition finance, corporate borrowing and structured finance, as well as restructuring. Peter acts for global and regional investment banks, alternative credit and private credit providers and financial sponsors.

He also regularly advises investment grade corporate borrowers and cross-over credits on their financing needs, with a particular focus on the Nordic region.
